09/05/2008: Fatal Shooting In Bay Shore

BAY SHORE, NY – At 7:35 p.m. on Friday, September 5, 2008 Suffolk County Police Officers responded to a shots fired call at 126 3rd Avenue. Upon arrival they found a 40 year old man shot multiple times. According to police, the man was shot outside his home by two people who fled the scene.

Bay Shore-Brightwaters Rescue Ambulance was requested to the scene forthwith and arrived within minutes of the call. Upon arrival they quickly transported the patient to Southside Hospital where he died of his injuries.
