12/14/2006: Lindenhurst 2 Car MVA

LINDENHURST, NY - Around 1:30pm the Lindenhurst Fire Department was toned out for a 2 car MVA on Strongs Avenue just south of Hoffman Avenue. A LIPA/Keyspan vehicle and a Mercedes had crashed into one another. According to witnesses, both vehicles were traveling towards each other when the collision took place. One person was transported to a local hospital.
